Support scope
Our team can help with account setup and onboarding, questions about bookings, billing and payments, staff and payroll configuration, inventory and finance modules, marketing tools, and the mobile app used by staff. For billing settlement questions specific to your payment gateway, we can guide you — but note that SalonAIQ does not hold or move your funds; money settles directly through your own payment provider to your bank.
